    Measure height standing straight without shoes, with feet together, from the top of the head to the floor.
    *Chest

    Measure the bust around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level and without pulling it tight.
    *Waist

    Measure the waist around the narrowest part of the torso, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
    *Hips

    Measure the hips around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level and without pulling it tight.
    *Sleeve

    Measure sleeve length from the shoulder point down along the arm to the wrist, keeping the arm relaxed and straight.
    *Biceps

    Measure the biceps around the fullest part of the upper arm, keeping the arm relaxed and the tape comfortably snug.
    *Elbow

    Measure the elbow around the joint with the arm slightly bent, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
    *Wrist

    Measure the wrist around the narrowest part, just below the wrist bone, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
    *Collar

    Measure the collar length from the base of the neck straight down to the desired neckline point, keeping the tape centered.
    *Neck circle

    Measure the neck circumference around the base of the neck, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
    *Length from neck to groin

    Measure from the base of the neck straight down the front of the body to the groin, keeping the tape centered and vertical.
    *Length from neck to waist

    Before measuring, mark the natural waistline with a ribbon or tape to fix the correct waist position, then measure from the base of the neck straight down to this mark, keeping the tape centered and vertical.
    *Body
